1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Palmyra Aviation Advisors BV ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide the following aviation services:

  • Aviation consulting and advisory services
  • Ground operations training and certification
  • De-icing operations training and manual development
  • Weight & balance training and documentation
  • Aviation security and counter-terrorism consulting
  • Dangerous goods handling training
  • Inflight services consulting
  • K9 training for Mine Detection Dogs (MDD) and Explosive Detection Dogs (EDD)
  • EU tender application assistance
  • Aviation documentation and manual development

3. Professional Standards

All services are provided in accordance with international aviation standards, including but not limited to ICAO, IATA, EASA, and applicable national aviation authority regulations. Our services comply with EU aviation safety and security requirements.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information for service delivery
  • Ensuring personnel meet minimum qualification requirements for training
  • Implementing recommendations in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Complying with all applicable aviation regulations and safety requirements
  • Timely payment of agreed fees and expenses

5. Service Delivery and Performance

We commit to:

  • Delivering services with professional competence and industry best practices
  • Providing services within agreed timeframes
  • Ensuring all training meets regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining current certifications and qualifications
  • Providing ongoing support during implementation phases

6. Intellectual Property

All training materials, manuals, documentation, and methodologies developed by Palmyra Aviation Advisors BV remain our intellectual property. Clients receive usage rights for their specific operations but may not redistribute, sell, or transfer these materials without written consent.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client operations, personnel information, and business practices. Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during the service relationship.

8. Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We maintain professional indemnity insurance appropriate for aviation consulting
  • Liability is limited to the value of services provided
  • We are not liable for consequential damages or business losses
  • Clients are responsible for implementation and ongoing compliance

Important: Aviation operations involve inherent risks. Clients must ensure proper risk assessment and management independent of our advisory services.

9. Regulatory Compliance

All services are designed to meet current regulatory requirements. However, regulations change frequently, and clients are responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable aviation authorities. We provide updates and modifications as needed under separate agreements.

10. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • Fees are specified in individual service agreements
  • Payment is typically due within 30 days of invoice
  • Late payments may incur interest charges
  • Travel and accommodation expenses are billed separately
  • Cancellation policies are specified in individual contracts

11. Certification and Accreditation

Training certifications are issued upon successful completion of programs. Certifications are valid according to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Recertification requirements and schedules are communicated during training delivery.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or service delivery will be resolved through negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to Belgian law and the jurisdiction of Belgian courts.

14. Termination

Service agreements may be terminated:

  • By mutual agreement
  • For breach of contract with appropriate notice
  • For non-payment of fees
  • For safety or regulatory concerns

15. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with GDPR requirements. Client data is protected according to European data protection standards.

16. Modifications

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in services, regulations, or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients with appropriate notice.
